A chemical peel is a form of exfoliation that uses acids derived from different sources. These acids break up the bonds that hold your dead skin cells together in turn making it easier for the cells to shed from your skin’s surface. Chemical peels also help stimulate collagen and elastin, lighten pigment, kill acne bacteria, allow for better product absorption, smooth out texture and promote healthy cell renewal. They are best done in a series when targeting certain conditions such as hyperpigmentation, sun damage, acne and aging. If you are looking for prevention and keeping your glow up they are a great add on to your monthly facial or as a stand alone treatment.

If you are struggling with inflamed acne this is the peel for you! Mandelic Acid derived from bitter almond extract makes this peel gentle but effective at treating active acne and preventing new breakouts. It also helps control oil production, prevent bacteria growth and reduces dark spots. Bilberry extract calms inflammation and redness.
Level up any single layer peel with this 4% Retinol, Green tea, Licorice Root, Vitamin C peel. It enhances exfoliation and boosts results and can also be applied on it’s own for a pick me up.
Each peel, excluding The Boost, can be applied in up to 4 layers on the face and 2 on the neck and décollete. All peels are self-neutralizing, meaning the active ingredients become inactive after 5 minutes and the peel is left on the face for 6 hours or overnight. This allows the inactive ingredients in the peel to penetrate the skin for a longer period of time therefore increasing the benefits and results.
After a chemical peel you may be pink to sunburned looking for a day or two. Skin will feel soft, smooth and tight til about day 2/3 then shedding of the old skin will start and continue for approx 7-10 days. Peeling may or may not occur as each person’s skin reacts differently. Peeling is a side effect, not a sign of how well the peel is working.
Results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person. Your results will depend on how you take care of your skin after the peel. Using professional skincare recommended by myself is essential to holding and continuing your results.
